Privacy Policy
Effective September 3, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Terencio Verde collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information in connection with terencioverde.xyz, customer orders, support, and interactive apparel experiences.
1. Information We Collect
Depending on how you interact with Terencio Verde, we may collect contact and order information, shipping and billing details, transaction status, customer-service communications, device and browser information, website usage information, security and fraud-prevention information, and information reasonably necessary to operate supported NFC or interactive experiences.
Payment transactions may be handled by payment service providers. Terencio Verde may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, and other information needed to fulfill and account for an order without necessarily receiving complete payment-card credentials.
2. How We Use Information
We may use information to process and fulfill orders; provide customer service; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the website and interactive products; prevent fraud and abuse; maintain business, tax, and accounting records; enforce applicable terms; comply with law; and protect Terencio Verde, customers, and others.
3. Marketing Communications
Promotional marketing emails or text messages are sent only when the recipient has provided the consent required for that communication. Transactional communications, such as order confirmations, shipping notices, customer-service responses, product or security notices, and other messages necessary to administer a transaction or relationship, are not treated as promotional marketing. Marketing recipients may use the applicable unsubscribe or opt-out method.
4. Cookies and Analytics
Terencio Verde may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies that are reasonably necessary for site functionality, security, preferences, and basic operations. Limited analytics may also be used to understand traffic, diagnose problems, and improve the website. Terencio Verde does not adopt unnecessary behavioral advertising tracking as a default business practice. If practices materially change, this Policy may be updated and any legally required choices or notices will be provided.
5. NFC and Interactive Apparel
When an NFC-enabled or other interactive product is used, Terencio Verde follows a data-minimization approach and may collect information reasonably necessary to deliver, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and understand the interactive experience. Terencio Verde does not intentionally collect precise location, contacts, photographs, or similarly sensitive device data through an NFC interaction unless a future feature genuinely requires it and any required disclosure or consent is provided.
6. Service Providers and Other Disclosures
Terencio Verde may disclose information to service providers and contractors reasonably necessary to operate the business, including providers supporting payments, hosting, fulfillment, shipping, communications, analytics, security, fraud prevention, professional services, and customer support. Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, enforce agreements, investigate fraud or security incidents, or protect rights, property, or safety.
Terencio Verde does not sell customer personal information for money as part of its ordinary business model. If practices later change in a manner that triggers additional legal notice or choice requirements, Terencio Verde will address those requirements before implementing the applicable practice.
7. Data Retention
Information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, including order fulfillment, support, accounting and tax obligations, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, enforcement, and other legitimate business or legal requirements. Information may then be deleted, deidentified, or anonymized where appropriate.
8. Privacy Requests
Where applicable law provides a right to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, or otherwise exercise rights concerning personal information, Terencio Verde will honor valid requests as required by that law. Terencio Verde may take reasonable steps to verify identity and authority before acting on a request. Information may be retained when permitted or required for legal obligations, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or other lawful purposes.
9. Security
Terencio Verde uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information and the business. No website, network, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and this Policy does not promise absolute security.
10. Third-Party Services
The website and interactive products may link to or rely on third-party services. Those providers may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Terencio Verde does not control independent third-party practices, although this does not eliminate Terencio Verde's own obligations under applicable law.
11. Children
The site is not directed to children under 13, and Terencio Verde does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in a manner requiring parental consent without obtaining the consent required by applicable law.
12. State Privacy Rights
Residents of Texas and other jurisdictions may have privacy rights under laws that apply to the particular business, consumer, information, or processing activity. Terencio Verde will provide and honor rights required by applicable law. Nothing in this Policy is intended to waive a non-waivable privacy right.
13. Changes to This Policy
Terencio Verde may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in operations, technology, services, or law. Material changes will be communicated in a manner appropriate to the change and as required by applicable law.
