Apparel, Collaborations & Interactive Products

This notice supplements the Terencio Verde Terms of Use & Sale for apparel, artist collaborations, limited releases, NFC-enabled garments, and other interactive physical products.

1. Physical Apparel

Terencio Verde apparel is a physical product. Product descriptions may identify materials, construction, care requirements, origin information, and other characteristics applicable to the particular item. Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the merchandise. Normal variations in materials, texture, dimensions, color, print or embroidery placement, and production may occur and do not by themselves constitute a defect.

2. Product and Care Labeling

Terencio Verde intends to provide labeling and care information required for applicable textile and apparel products. Customers should retain and follow garment care instructions, particularly where a product incorporates an NFC component, specialty printing, embroidery, or other interactive or decorative elements.

3. Artist Collaborations

Artist-collaboration products may incorporate artwork or other intellectual property owned or licensed by an artist, Terencio Verde, or another rights holder. Ownership and permitted uses are determined by the applicable written agreements and collection-specific disclosures. A customer's purchase of a physical product does not automatically transfer copyright, trademark rights, or other underlying intellectual-property rights.

Where a specific collection grants additional personal or commercial rights, those rights will be defined by the applicable collection terms. No broader license should be inferred from the sale of the physical item.

4. Terencio Verde Intellectual Property

Terencio Verde retains its rights in its name, logos, marks, branding, graphics, photographs, designs, website content, packaging, and other proprietary materials except to the extent a specific written agreement or collection term expressly provides otherwise. Purchase of merchandise does not authorize production of counterfeit goods, unauthorized reproductions, or use suggesting sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement that does not exist.

5. NFC and Interactive Features

Some garments may contain NFC technology or another mechanism that connects the physical product to a digital experience. Unless a product page expressly promises otherwise, the physical garment is the purchased product and the connected digital functionality is an additional feature.

Terencio Verde may update, maintain, migrate, replace, suspend, or discontinue digital destinations or features when reasonably necessary. No permanent availability or compatibility of a particular URL, website, device, operating system, browser, platform, NFC implementation, or third-party service is guaranteed unless expressly stated for a particular collection.

6. Digital Content

NFC-linked content may evolve over time. A particular collection may instead identify specific content as fixed or make a defined commitment concerning access. Any such commitment must be stated with that product or collection. Access to digital content does not by itself transfer ownership of underlying Terencio Verde, artist, or third-party intellectual property.

7. NFC Care and Customer-Caused Damage

Customers should follow all care instructions supplied with NFC-enabled merchandise. Damage or failure resulting from misuse, improper washing or drying, excessive heat, physical damage, cutting, alteration, tampering, removal of components, or failure to follow care instructions is not treated as an original product defect, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.

8. NFC Defective on Receipt

If merchandise is specifically sold as NFC-enabled and the NFC component does not function when received, the customer may report the issue within 7 days after delivery. For a verified original defect, the customer may choose a replacement if available or an appropriate refund, subject to non-waivable legal rights.

9. Authentication

Terencio Verde may use NFC components, serial numbers, physical tags, certificates, digital records, purchase records, or other mechanisms to assist with product identification or authentication. No single mechanism is represented as infallible. A missing, damaged, copied, altered, or nonfunctioning NFC component alone does not conclusively establish that merchandise is authentic or counterfeit.

10. Third-Party Technology

Interactive experiences may rely on devices, networks, browsers, operating systems, hosting providers, or other third-party technology. Third-party availability and policies are outside Terencio Verde's direct control. Terencio Verde does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of independent third-party services, while retaining responsibility for obligations that applicable law places on Terencio Verde itself.

11. Privacy

Information associated with website and interactive-product use is handled under the Terencio Verde Privacy Policy. Terencio Verde follows a data-minimization approach for NFC interactions and does not intentionally collect unnecessary sensitive device data merely because a garment is tapped.

12. Collection-Specific Terms

Limited releases and collaborations may include additional terms disclosed before purchase, including rules concerning availability, preorder status, production timing, interactive features, intellectual-property licenses, or other collection-specific attributes. Where those terms expressly differ from this general notice, the specific collection terms govern that collection.
